Tuesday 3 November’s LOUD WOMEN Radio Show on Resonance 104.4FM featured two fantastic live sessions, with Brooklyn singer-songwriter Avery Friedman and London duo x-blu joining host Cassie Fox in the studio for performances and chats.
Avery is currently on her first UK and European tour, bringing her beautifully intimate indie songwriting to audiences this side of the Atlantic.
We were also delighted to welcome x-blu, featuring LOUD WOMEN’s very own Dani Tagen, who is usually the one taking photographs at our events rather than performing in front of the microphone! Their distinctive avant-garde post-punk made for a wonderfully different second session.
And alongside our live guests, we had loads of fresh music from the grassroots scene, including Sour Tongue, LOVIET, Poesie and MIRI.
