Brighton’s Gulls provide today’s track of the day – ‘Shop’ – a powerful indictment of the consumerism choking local communities. And a proper catchy banger. The band say:
“The closure of libraries and other vital infrastructure is a tragedy we rail against and we’re so keen to spread SHOP’s message.”
LOUD WOMEN hearts these litter-hating anti-capitalist punx – they’re dead serious in their convictions, but also huge amounts of fun.
