Singer-songwriter Rosa Bordallo shares new single ‘Leavetaking’ – another look into Bordallo’s upcoming sophomore album Isidro, out 31 January via Bad Auntie Records.
“This song is a callback to the first song on the album, ‘Home’ – but then it veers off into its own universe. It’s a wistful song, but also joyful. And in a weird way about getting older. I don’t think anyone likes being in the rat race and yet we often find ourselves there anyway. Time spent with loved ones. That’s what I’d like to strive for. Everything else is secondary.”
