Purple Pilgrims, the New Zealand-based dream-pop duo of sisters Clementine and Valentine Nixon, share ‘Look to the Moon’, from their upcoming album Given to the Night, out 27 November via AD 93.
Described by the duo as “a mantra, a sisterly love song — a communion with the universe, an anthemic prayer”, ‘Look to the Moon’ captures the telepathic connection between the sisters. Their rich, intertwining vocals weave around a dreamy soundscape. The accompanying music video is directed by Britt Walton.
