South London four-piece Red Ivory share their bittersweet single ‘Hate The Way,’ the final glimpse into their upcoming EP Please Leave, I Need To Wake Up Now, out this Friday.
“Within the EP, ‘Hate The Way’ feels like a chance to breathe and take things in, following from the pace and tension of the previous two tracks. It was also this about the track that allowed us to really experiment with it in the studio, adding multiple guitar overdubs, playing around with sonority and layering vocal harmonies to try and produce the richest and most lush sound we could.”
