Burry brought brilliant pop songs laced with wit, warmth, and just enough sass to more than hold their own among the punk bands at LOUD WOMEN Fest 2025. Bassist Cassie Mann swapped her usual strings for guitar and absolutely killed it — not only does she have a killer name for a bassist, she’s also nominated for Music Nova Scotia’s “Musician of the Year” award. Some of the nicest people you could hope to meet, and their charm matches their chops. Delighted to announce that Burry will be playing LOUD WOMEN Fest Halifax in Nova Scotia next month on 18 October — keep your eyes peeled for the official announcement later this week!
