Los Angeles-based queer indie pop star Caroline Kingsbury announces new EP, Shock Treatment, and shares euphoric title track. Shock Treatment is out 16 September via Seeker Music.
Kingsbury’s upcoming EP title was inspired by Shock Treatment, 1981 cult follow up to Rocky Horror Picture Show. The Shock Treatment EP is an alternative reality: queerness is the norm and celebrated while heterosexuality is marginalized.
