Alt-pop angel BIZZY has released a sparkly yet dark single named ‘Tuesday’ ahead of accompanying Rachel Chinouriri on her upcoming North American Tour, kicking off in DC May 9th and stopping in 16 cities including major hubs like NYC, Toronto, LA, Seattle, Houston and more.
With cheery twinkling instrumentals BIZZY delivers some of the most darkly entertaining lyrics since Icona Pop’s hit ‘I Don’t Care.’ A breakup theme song, it embodies the feeling of “could this get any worse?” An extremely relatable sentiment when everything feels like a dumpster fire. The happy tone of the whole song feels sunny and bright. The kind of thing you could skip down the street and listen to on a sunny day, while simultaneously walking past a car accident.
“It’s like when you’ve cried so hard you just start hysterically laughing,” BIZZY says. “They’ve done the worst already. At this point? You might as well run me over with your car.”
The new song is another in her original social series blending new music with wild storytelling. Season 1 was an experience and Season 2 of ‘Bizflix’ is already off to a hilarious start.
