London based alternative singer, songwriter, and visual artist ELI released her debut EP Full Form.
Weaving R&B soul, indie, trip-hop, and pop, ELI is an innovative emerging voice within Black alternative music scene and beyond.
Full Form was created in ELI’s bedroom in South East London.
The tracks on Full Form are companions to each other. ‘Do You Love’ is a response to ‘Promises’; ‘Parallel’ is a response to ‘Sin’. Full Form as a whole is a response to loss (a breakup and a broken friendship), negative interactions, and the frustration surrounding it all.
“I hope that Full Form can help speak to people who feel like their daily struggles aren’t valid. That they can find power in accepting the inevitable fact that we’re all simultaneously different and should be more sensitive to each other but most importantly ourselves.”
