“Back in December I was at a loss. My first album was out, shows were dying down and I found myself going back through old voice notes on my phone. Among the endless scroll of unfinished demos, MGF was one that stood out. The whole process of making this song was eerily straight forward. We recorded everything we needed to in a couple days. There was no question of what this song wanted to be and that made it really exciting. ‘My Greatest Fear’ is screaming into the void, melodically.”
