Sister Lucy: Best At Being Sad – single of the week

Sister Lucy (Abi Sinclair) is back with a third single, ‘Best At Being Sad’, off her debut EP Big Girl Pants (out November 17th). Sinclair’s unique country-grunge style comes alive on this sad track. There’s a lingering sadness in the lyrics and surrounding every note.

“The ‘Best At Being Sad’ single is my internal monologue with unhappiness – The lyrics are self-mocking, cruel and impatient, I wanted to create a personification of sadness.”
