Manchester trio Woman You Stole are treating us to a sneaky listen of their instantly-rousing new single, ‘SHAKE!’, which promises to ruffle some patriarchal feathers. The band say:

SHAKE! is our call to action to challenge the wrongful gender stereotyping in society today that causes discrimination. 

We love everything about this DIY banger – fresh sounds with an unmistakable whiff of 90s indie-punk. It’s released on 29 November and was recorded with former PJ Harvey and Pixies bass player Ding Archer in Salford.

To celebrate the release, the band are offering LOUD WOMEN readers a pair of tickets to their 29 November launch gig at Manchester venue The Castle. To enter the draw, simply email the band on and say:

“I want to SHAKE on 29 November!”
