Copenhagen-based singer and producer Debbie Sings releases her latest EP, Oh My. With this release, Debbie redefines recession-pop. The EP follows her debut album Debbie’s Songs and is packed with fun hyperpop energy and fast-faced, glittery chaos. On Oh My, Debbie doesn’t hold back. She shares the following:
“Today “Oh My” already seems like a very specific time in my life. I already feel a bit nostalgic about that period I made it in. It was a lot of chaos, a lot of freedom and a lot of fun. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t have a lot of obligations and was alone a lot of the time. I had to figure out what made me happy and what I wanted and these song also kind of reflect that. Sometimes it feels weird that you have this gap between finishing a song and when other people hear it, but I’m very grateful for the period of time these songs were made in – and I’m happy about what I made and thankful I get to share it with people now.”
“Oh My is a reflection of a lot of internal and external chaos channelled into eight tracks. It’s electro-pop-punk music for the dance floor or the floor of your bedroom – made for getting lost, letting go, and carrying on.”

2026 continues the hyperpop takeover and the rethinking of what “pop” can be, and Oh My is an endless earworm release that shines.
