Three brilliant artists, three very different sets, one LOUD WOMEN night in Clapham.

We’re back at The Bread & Roses on Wednesday 4 November, bringing together three much-loved members of London’s independent music community for an evening of adventurous, original music.

And this lineup is something special.

x-blu open the night with their distinctive avant-garde post-punk, combining angular guitars, electronica and unexpected sonic twists. Fronted by LOUD WOMEN photographer and radio contributor Dani Tagen, this will be the band’s first LOUD WOMEN gig. We’re delighted to finally have Dani onstage rather than behind the camera!

Charley Stone needs little introduction to anyone familiar with the London indie scene. From Sleeper and Salad to her own wonderful songwriting, Charley’s extraordinary guitar playing, sharp observations and irresistible indie-pop hooks have made her one of our absolute favourites.

Closing the night is MIRI, whose soulful rebel pop combines beautiful melodies with outspoken, politically engaged songwriting. A longstanding friend of LOUD WOMEN and a powerful voice in grassroots music, MIRI always brings something special to our stages.

Three artists who’ve contributed so much to the music community, each with their own unmistakable sound.

We’re particularly pleased to be hosting the night at The Bread & Roses, a female-run, trade union-owned venue that shares our commitment to independent music and community.
