Belfast punk rock band Rose Fatale shares their latest single ‘Hedonism’.
Composed of founding members lead singer Anna Blakely, guitarist Liam Blakely, bassist Cleo Collyer Greer, and drummer Joshua Crudden, Rose Fatale is a rising rock band with an unforgettable sound.
‘Hedonism’ is a cheeky track that takes on the resurgence of shaming women for enjoying themselves in public, exposing how their sexual freedom is labeled “villainous.”
“The song satirises the amount of focus that’s placed on relationships being performative, when we connect with people primarily to enjoy, and take pleasure, in their company, we ‘re not automatically entitled to know every facet of a person. Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s character Fleabag was very much in mind whilst writing the lyrics to this song.”
