Our volunteers give up their time at the end of their working days, to help our mission of turning up the volume on marginalised voices. The only people who get paid are the bands who play our shows. And because LOUD WOMEN doesn’t take a cut, we pay bands fairly.
IT costs, ads and travel expenses often come out of our pockets.
