As soon as I heard the guitar, I knew I was going to love this song. After viewing the corresponding music video, I instantly became a fan. Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers bring raucous raw energy with their infectious new single ‘I used to be fun’. Oh, the irony since everything about this song is fun even though the lyrics state the opposite. A classic tale of growing up and choosing going to bed over an invitation to debauchery.

Hailing from Canberra Australia, the band formed while they were still in high school. Their 2022 debut EP, Pretty Good For A Girl Band earned them their stripes. With a new album scheduled to drop on Oct. 6th, the band continues to play packed venues. ‘I used to be fun’ will be the lead single from the forthcoming album and is the perfect song for summertime. As we patiently await the album’s release, we can watch the music video for ‘I Used To Be Fun’ on repeat.
