Two brilliant artists, two live sessions, one packed show! Lelia and Mother Church are joining us on Resonance 104.4FM this Tuesday 27 October, from 6–7.30pm.
We’ve been raving about Lelia since hearing her gloriously defiant single ‘Hair’, and her latest release ‘Satisfy Me’ has only made us more excited. Expect dark disco, electroclash, big feminist energy and a chance to hear more from the London artist ahead of her debut album Dark Disco, out 6 November.
Mother Church bring something quite different: beautifully inventive experimental folk, weaving together classical influences, intimate storytelling and wonderfully unusual arrangements. Their debut album Yolk arrives on 13 November via Trapped Animal.
Both artists will be performing stripped-back live sessions and chatting about their music, with Piney Gir hosting the show and spinning plenty of fresh discoveries from the LOUD WOMEN scene.
Listen live: Tuesday 27 October, 6–7.30pm UK time, on Resonance 104.4FM, DAB and online.
