Norwegian synth-pop songwriter lene 3000, the alias of artist and producer Lene Talgø, releases her debut album Greatest Swamp Hits, an ethereal blend of witch house and alternative pop.

Raised in a small town in south-west Norway, Talgø began with a classical music foundation, playing violin and joining a classical music talent program at 13. The orchestra she performed with went on to win the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemann Award) for Classical Album of the Year. Now pursuing a master’s degree in Electronic Music at the University of Agder, she explores how nostalgia influences modern music production.

On Greatest Swamp Hits, murky textures and futuristic, glossy beats pull listeners in like quicksand, while Talgø’s siren-like vocals weave through the album’s hazy electronic soundscapes.
