The LOUD WOMEN Fest London 2026 lineup just got even bigger: we’re thrilled to announce that Maria Uzor is joining us at Rich Mix on Saturday 5 September.
Maria is a Norwich-based electronic artist, composer and producer whose gloriously genre-resistant music pulls together electro, techno, avant-pop, dub, rave and plenty more besides. We’ve been following her work for a while – you can get to know her better in our recent LOUD WOMEN spotlight interview with Maria Uzor.
And the timing of her London appearance could hardly be better.
Welcome to Fantasyland
Maria’s second solo album, Fantasyland, arrives via Hey Buffalo Records on 3 September – just TWO DAYS before she takes to the stage at LOUD WOMEN Fest London.
Across nine tracks, Fantasyland plays with the idea of escapism in an increasingly unpredictable world, darting between techno, electro, trip-hop, indie and bass without ever settling neatly into one box. The whole record was written and recorded by Maria in the spare room of her Norwich flat, making this enormous, shape-shifting electronic world a truly DIY creation.
The album includes the recent singles ‘Don’t Touch Me’ and ‘Cyclops’, alongside ‘Digital Error’, ‘Popcorn’, ‘Up All Night’, ‘Caress’, ‘Superbeings’, ‘Crystal Doesn’t Live Here’ and the title track.

So yes: LOUD WOMEN Fest London is effectively getting a Fantasyland release-week celebration too, and we cannot wait to hear what Maria brings to Rich Mix.

LOUD WOMEN Fest has always been about more than putting brilliant artists on stages. We want to use the festival to amplify communities and organisations doing vital work, and we’re hugely proud of the partners joining us this year.
