London-based Swedish singer-songwriter Josefin Öhrn announces her debut solo album Cherry, out 25 September. Previously of Grammy-nominated psych outfit Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation, Josefin steps into her solo era through the female gaze, embracing the unknown.
Featuring collaborations with Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream), Anton Newcombe (The Brian Jonestown Massacre) and Andy Bell (Ride), Cherry marks an exciting new chapter for Josefin.
The album’s first preview, ‘Cherry Tree’, is an intimate and vulnerable exploration of unrequited love.
