Tuesday’s LOUD WOMEN radio show was a sweaty one.
On one of the hottest days of the year in London, we somehow managed to squeeze not one but two international bands into our little Resonance FM studio: Mallory Hawk from New York and Bullshit Boy from Hamburg. We were also joined by the brilliant Rosa Brown and Cyn Cheng from BRIT School, who spent the evening helping out and throwing themselves into the sweaty chaos.
Despite the heat (or perhaps because of it), we got two fantastic live sessions from two very different artists. Mallory Hawk brought soaring, emotional indie rock, while Bullshit Boy delivered sharp, energetic punk. Different sounds, same result: absolutely brilliant.
