Aldous Harding

New Zealand-based musician and songwriter Aldous Harding returns with her latest album, Train on the Island.

Co-produced with long-time collaborator John Parish, the album also brings together a wide circle of contributors, including pedal steel player Joe Harvey-Whyte, harpist Mali Llywelyn, synth artist Thomas Poli, drummer Sebastian Rochford (Polar Bear), and Huw Evans (H. Hawkline), who appear across bass, vocals, acoustic and electric guitar, and organ.

Train on the Island moves through complex lyricism and haunting honesty, weaving fragmented stories into a one-way journey toward an unknown destination.
