Tomorrow Woman, the project of California-born, Paris-based artist Betsy Roszko (formerly of punk band Gomme), shares new single ‘The Flower’ ahead of her debut EP Plays Machines, out this Friday, 1 May.
Set against a whirling electronic soundscape, ‘The Flower’ blooms with a laser focus on gratitude and empathy. Betsy shares the following:
“‘The Flower’ is inspired by my favorite Buddhist quote: ‘If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.’ I use this quote to ground myself. It helps me have more empathy, to appreciate what’s around me, to feel gratitude and want to send my love out to the world.”
