LOUD WOMEN returns to Brixton’s iconic grassroots venue The Windmill for a special half-day event on Sunday 2 August – a London warm-up and preview of some of the bands heading to Blackpool’s legendary Rebellion Festival the following week.

Expect a stacked lineup of DIY punk, riot grrrl energy and international flair, bringing together artists from across the UK, USA and Australia in one room.

Lineup:

Breakup Haircut (London)
Sometimes-pop, sometimes-punk with boppin’ basslines, sharp humour and deeply relatable lyrics, rooted in the London DIY scene.

I, Doris (London)
Menopunk pop-tarts delivering big tunes, radical kindness and zero tolerance for fascists.

Nell Davies (Cornwall/Liverpool)
DIY ‘bubblegum punk’ blending riot grrrl attitude with jangly indie-pop hooks, sharp wit and bittersweet storytelling.

Mona Freaka (NYC, USA)
Teen riot grrrl trio from Woodstock, NY bringing attitude, hooks and serious next-gen energy.

Whoremones (LA, USA)
Los Angeles riot grrrl punk band making passionate, politically charged music that challenges societal norms.

Witch Spit (Australia)
Loud, no-apologies riot grrrl punk from Australia — one band, two wives, and a whole lot of attitude.

This is a chance to catch an international lineup up close in one of London’s most beloved venues before they head north for one of the biggest punk gatherings of the year.

Come early, stay loud.
