Transporting us back to an ethereal, 80’s-esque era, Brighton artist Kate Peaches has released her second track ‘Tell Her All The Time’, through AWAL, a dreamy mix of 80’s inspired sensational pop and soft rock, with Kate Peaches’ soaring lyrics taking us on a journey through time and emotion.
With a catchy guitar riff and crisp drumbeat that would rival Blondie, Kate Peaches kicks the sound up a notch for a melody that feels inspired by Kate Bush and Pat Benatar, but still uniquely Kate Peaches.
My music is sentimental yet strange – dreamy, driving, and a little offbeat.
Her vocals begin to layer over each other, gradually building in pitch as she repeats the mantra “she knows, I tell her all the time”, full of yearning and nostalgia, while the pop rock and synth instruments swell in the background to an emotional peak.
Kate Peaches is here to tell us all and we are sat.
