Dublin-born rising singer-songwriter Margaux Regan releases her debut EP, After Thought.

Blending Americana, country, and pop, Margaux’s sound carries a folk heartbeat, inspired by the music she grew up listening to and elevated by her diaristic storytelling.

Across its four tracks, After Thought explores the messy emotions of growing up: overthinking, self-doubt, and modern romance, from the thrill of a crush to the sting of heartbreak, turning personal reflections into intimate, coming-of-age songs. The EP was mostly composed on her bedroom floor, where Margaux shaped her thoughts into heartfelt, stripped-back storytelling.

During the writing process, Margaux developed vocal cord issues that forced her to re-evaluate her approach to music. She reemerged with a more open, playful, and fearless attitude toward the creative process.

Margaux shares the following about After Thought:

“The title mirrors my inner world and the way I process my experiences. These songs are the thoughts that linger after everything else has been said.”
