Flock of Dimes releases her latest album, The Life You Save.
Flock of Dimes is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Jenn Wasner, also known as half of beloved duo Wye Oak, and for her collaborations with fellow musicians such as Bon Iver and Sylvan Esso.
The Life You Save is a complex yet intimate album. Wasner dives into the depths of addiction and codependency, exploring turmoil, trauma, and the grief of finally realizing that you can only save yourself.
“In the end, it is my hope that this record exists as a testament to the depth of my love for those I cannot save, and that it might provide some comfort for anyone who is still learning how to love and live for themselves.”

Alongside releasing The Life You Save, Wasner shares the video for ‘Keep Me in the Dark’, directed by returning collaborator Spencer Kelly.
“To celebrate the official release of The Life You Save, I’m so happy to share what is perhaps my favorite song I’ve ever written. ‘Keep Me in the Dark’ is a love song–the type of love rooted not in control or selfishness, but grace and acceptance of each other’s mutual imperfections. To heal in a relationship is to learn to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion through the eyes of someone who sees all of your bullshit and loves you anyway.”
