Nottingham-based trio GIRLBAND! share new track ‘Thelma & Louise’ and announce a unique collaboration with Avakin Life, a global gaming platform redefining digital community.
Singer and songwriter Georgie shares the following about ‘Thelma & Louise’:
“I wrote this song while sat on the sofa at home watching Thelma and Louise. I had this heavy riff and was like this whole theme fits perfectly. It’s a feeling that matches the ethos of GIRLBAND! wholly. Empowered within friends who get free of the baggage at home and find themselves in the whirlwind of freedom that being on the road brings. It’s about friendship, empowerment and freedom ultimately.“
