Los Angeles-based rock band Jane Doe shares the music video for ‘The Menu’ – taken from their sophomore album Found, released last year.
The accompanying video features lead singer Izzy freeing herself from beauty norms with an unflinching stare to the camera.
“I took back my agency and started a new chapter. We feel like so many people can relate to the need for a fresh start. Shaving my head on camera was really freeing. No one needs to conform to ‘traditional’ notions of beauty or image. This song is about combating that archaic thought process.”
