South African Berlin-based artist Alice Phoebe Lou shares new single ‘You and I’.
‘You and I’ is Lou’s first ever self-produced release. On this dreamy track, Lou pulls you in with her delicate storytelling and vocals.
“‘You and I’ speaks of longing and surrendering in love, it’s a confession and a prayer, a declaration that this is where we are and want to be and let’s stop holding back and dive deeper into everything together. It asks the other to let go of what has happened before and to be here now and dream up the future together. It’s about telling one another what our needs are so we can be there for each other in a deeper, more fundamental way.”
