Brighton-based indie-pop singer-songwriter frances mistry released her second EP messages. This is where frances mistry’s autobiographical lyrics come to life. With themes of grief, finding your place, and changes, messages is a kaleidoscope of emotions with a heartbreaking soundscape.
“My 2nd EP, messages, is a collection of songs that all have a theme of having a message towards something that I feel is important. The track released along with this EP, ‘flower in the garden’, is one of my favourite songs I’ve made and is a message to myself about loneliness and trying to feel comfort in situations that make me feel like an outsider. All are very much songs that are helping me discover my sound and who I am as an artist.”
