The soundtrack to our Friday comes courtesy of not one but two of the hottest artists on the scene right now – Bristol’s Grove has released what they term as the ‘Birdyboiler’ remix of Anglo-Maltese quartet ĠENN’s ‘Le Saut Du Pigeon’. The result is eerie, trippy and perfectly beguiling.

This release today completes their remix project based around 2023 acclaimed debut album unum. The collection also includes an edit of ‘A Muse (In Limbo)’ by fellow Maltese artist JOON and New Delhi based producer Goya’s take on ‘Calypso’ from earlier this month.

“As a band, collaborating with other artists is something that we genuinely enjoy as it reinvigorates why we do music in the first place. So when we came up with the remix project idea, we chose three individual artists from three different countries – the UK (Bristol), Malta, and India – who aren’t afraid of pushing the envelope and challenging the norms in their respective countries.”
