New Jersey born / LA based artist Maddy Davis shares her latest single, ‘If I Loved You, I’m Sorry’ – the fourth release from Davis’ upcoming EP, Would You Object for a Happier Life?.

The single is signature Maddy Davis: raw relatability. Davis shares that ‘If I Loved You, I’m Sorry’ is about the “inability to be there for someone when you’re fighting your own battles.” She expands more on that with the following:

“I felt like I had so much to figure out, and was becoming a burden to him. I wrote it as an apology—to anyone I’ve ever loved, for maybe leaning on them too much, or for sometimes putting more pressure on them than I should’ve…”
