Shallow Honey – fronted by powerhouse Rai [of Sunshine] – brought bear tunes to the Jenny Lind on Friday 🐻 I am HER – Julie Riley – the cat's mother herself – mesmerising a packed Jenny Lind on Friday, and running the whole show, in fact. Queen of Hastings 👑 Wave Machine were in full effect with a packed-out, enthralled crowd at LOUD WOMEN's debut at the Jenny Lind in Hastings on Friday "Baltimore, geographically. East and West Coast, musically." R.U.B brought messages of community, solidarity and aussie style punkrock to LOUD WOMEN at The Cav – a set none of us will forget for a long time. We treasure these beautiful friends. I, Doris provided a sticky sweet filling to Friday's punk sandwich. Brighton's SNM set the mood at Friday's LOUD WOMEN show at The Cav, opening the night with an impressive, tight set that won them a room full of new fans. Gigi Barwald of T@b Grrrl, also known as DJ Wetbangz, hosts another LOUD WOMEN NYC Riot Grrrl show on @louderthanwarradio – with music from femme and queer-powered bands on the NYC scene. "there’s so many of us, and it feels like we’re all blood sisters or something at this point. Can see this fairly easily on stage because we’re all basically fucking with each other the entire time."
