“Identity’ was written about a time where I accidentally ended up with pink hair and was confronted with some decisions to make in my life. After going through most of 2020 in Melbourne in lockdown, you realise what’s truly important to you.
It’s something I need to work on, but I hate disappointing people or being stuck in a situation where I can’t please everyone at once and I’m conflicted. Identity relates back to this as I had to really think about what the best option for myself is, without any influence. Trusting that everything eventually will be okay. “
