Tagging herself as slow core, lo-fi rock of the bedroom variety, Cassette Spence writes, plays and records all instruments herself. As she says:

lo-fi recording artist, tiny fuzzy odes to depression and queer ecstasy

The result is a ‘Bodega Flowers (Venus in Taurus)’, which has a hazy, slightly distorted, melancholic sound that creeps along pleasingly and soothingly, reminiscent somewhat of Mazzy Star (if you remember them) yet all her own. Out now on Bandcamp.
