Man/Woman/Chainsaw release “Goddamn, Lizard Man!” as the second single from their upcoming debut album, Cannonball, the first on the album to feature guitarist Billy Ward’s Nick Cave-esque vocals. The album is set to be released on the 7th of August on Fiction Records and according to Stereogum’s Band to Watch “every song has its own unpredictable flavour but they all seem to flow from the same collective consciousness”.
‘We were talking about having a whole record of bangers – having everything be really in your face like a Rage Against the Machine record. We soon realised we weren’t Rage Against the Machine and leant into the softer moments of the album which I think has really become a part of our sound’
