LOUD WOMEN Fest is heading to Toronto this autumn, taking over Baby G on Friday 6 November for our first ever festival in the city.
The lineup brings together artists from across Canada, the US and the UK:
Enfants Sauvages + I, Doris + Iris Marlowe + Morgan-Paige + SHY FRiEND + Stress Dolls + Sunlust
And there’s still a special guest to be revealed 👀
From Québec come Enfants Sauvages, bringing their raw Francophone rock’n’roll, while Calgary’s SHY FRiEND bring queer-femme DIY energy and Toronto is represented by Morgan-Paige and Sunlust.
Buffalo’s Stress Dolls cross the border for the night, Chicago’s Iris Marlowe brings queer gothic country, and I, Doris will be lugging their menopausecore kitchenpunk all the way from London.

This Fest has been taking shape with some brilliant people in Toronto, including Juno Hailey of Chinese Medicine and Shiv Scott of Shiv and the Carvers.
Earlier this summer, they spoke to Exclaim! for a feature about grassroots Canadian festivals, community-building and creating more welcoming spaces in music.
Juno described being involved with LOUD WOMEN as feeling like “being a part of something important”, which pretty much sums up what we hope these festivals can become.
