Molly and the Dolly Shop joins LOUD WOMEN’s Alise Elberga for an open conversation about new single ‘Move Inside’, songwriting, sexual harassment and finding strength in vulnerability.

The song tackles experiences that can be difficult to speak about directly, and Molly talks about what it means to put those experiences into music and share them with other people. She and Alise also discuss the loud women who have influenced her, favourite lyrics, and the all-important question: what comes to mind when you hear the words “loud woman”?

It’s a warm, candid conversation about the power of saying difficult things out loud, and the role music can play in making people feel less alone.

The interview was filmed at Social Bite, whose cafés support its work tackling homelessness. Huge thanks to the team for welcoming us into the space.
