French-British singer-songwriter Blumi (Emma Broughton) shares new single ‘Jaguar’, her first release on Capitane Records and the first glimpse of her debut album, due in early 2027.
Blending folk, jazz and classical influences, ‘Jaguar’ explores the tension between solitude and the desire to belong. Within that tension, there is beauty in the chaos. Blumi shares:
“They are the purveyors of lightness, laughs, relief. We should stop running away from the joyous chaos of life, as we would from a jaguar. This is not a jaguar.”
