UK-based, multi-award-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist Leoni Jane Kennedy has released her debut originals album ‘Synthetic’. An album that is powerful and passionate, creating a new wave of rock with progressive influence.

Featuring intricate guitar riffs, alongside Leoni’s hauntinly, soulful vocals, its difficult to fault this seven track body of work from first track ‘Synthetic to final track ‘Temple’ this album will have you hooked.

It has been a long journey to get to this point for Lenoi, back in 2018 Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor chose Lenoi to receive the Freddie Mercury Scolarship, which financed her university fees. This year has seen her placed No.2 in Prog magazine for the ‘Best New Artist’ just in time for her debut release.

“I wrote the closing track of this album when I was just 13 years old… I’m ecstatic to finally be able to release my first professional body of work to the public before I go on tour with Walter Trout this October and perform my debut album live. It’s been a hell of a ride and not without its challenges. I have to thank Eliot Kennedy and Nick Andrew for their time and kindness in helping me piece this album back together, after I experienced how devastating this industry can be for a young lass trying to make something of herself.” Leoni explains of the album
