NYC-based noise rock/shoegaze outfit Laveda release their third album, Love, Darla.
Love, Darla was co-written and performed by founding duo Ali Genevich and Jake Brooks, with contributions from bassist Dan Carr and drummer Joe Taurone. Laveda’s latest album is a love letter to the grit and beauty of New York City. Flickering lights of late nights, shifting to sunrise with friends as the city watches on. Laveda captures the rush of 80s punk, the moodiness of 90s grunge with threads of shoegaze.
