Austrian indie-folk artist Filiah shares introspective track ‘On & On’.
‘On & On’ is Filiah’s second release since returning from a two year hiatus. Written during an Ink Music songwriting camp, Filiah continues to evolve her artistic vision with ‘On & On’.
“Shame in various forms used to affect a lot of the choices that I made, and I think it does with a lot of people, more or less consciously. ‘On & On’ is about working through those feelings, facing them head-on, and finding freedom on the other side. I wanted to write a song that feels uplifting and hopeful, like the first rays of spring sunshine, yet hides some dark shades as well, if you choose to look beneath. Also, I found it’s the perfect song to either confidence-walk down the street or dance-vacuum to.”
