Los Angeles trio Trousdale shares vibrant new single ‘Over and Over’ – another glimpse into Trousdale’s upcoming album, Growing Pains, out 11 April via Independent Co.
‘Over and Over’ is a relatable track about seeing an ex who is glowing and thriving without you. The heartache comes back, over and over.
“As soon as John Mark Nelson brought this song idea to us, we knew it was special. There’s never a good time to run into your ex , and it’s even worse when they’re bragging about how well they’re doing now. It’s a gut punch to hear the ‘good news’ because you can’t help but wonder, ‘are they doing so well now that they’re without me?’ We were thrilled that John Mark invited us to finish writing about that universally unsavory experience.”
