Sydney’s Blake Williams, known affectionately as the ‘Queen of Sad Girl Emo’, just dropped her procrastination anthem ‘apathy & irony’, ahead of her performance at LOUD WOMEN Fest Australia in Naarm/Melbourne on 7 Dec.

“The song is about that frustrating feeling of wanting more for yourself, but not being able to get past the procrastination and hesitation that holds you back,” says Blake. “It’s a contradiction of knowing you can do better, but feeling paralysed in the process.”
