Out today from Macclesfield rockers Queen Cult: ‘Blackhole’ is our #TrackoftheDay.

“Being in your own head is sometimes the worst place in the world. BLACKHOLE is about the post break up slump. When you feel like the world is swallowing you up and there is nothing to hold onto because you’ve lost all sense of self. Playing it over and over, romanticising the situation. The song is to myself during a difficult time! Thankfully I am out of it now but imagine others will resonate with this feeling too.”

Maisie, Queen Cult

This band blew us away with their performance at last year’s LOUD WOMEN Fest, and this new single reminds us that Queen Cult are ones to watch.
