“Grief’s a sheet of tin foil that I crush inside of me / Flowers for your garden but the weeds still choked em out / with your foot pressed to the pedal…” There’s car imagery, tin foil crumpled in the album artwork, and more flower imagery.  Go Getter is all about looking at things from all the different perspectives, and taking the risk needed to start anew.  The line “Sometimes you gotta burn it down to build it better” is a pretty important line, it suggests that there are situations where perspective teaches you not necessarily how to build off of something, but how to let go too.
