Alice Mary’s new single, ‘Mystery’, is out now. Self-described as a ‘sad gay musician’, this East London talent is someone to keep up with this year. Alice Mary fine-tuned the balance between having a nostalgic 80s sound but keeping it modern. Her sad introspective pop sound mixed with hard hitting lyrics will keep your interest. 

‘Mystery’ is about the inner turmoil after a breakup. You’re left to analyze everything and to deal with the messy aftermath. The war within plays out and the sense of clarity hits at the chorus. It’s the realization that you miss having a person. Not necessarily THAT person.
