In the Attic are an international indie/alt/art rock trio based in Slovenia, fronted by Tatiana Smirnova from Russia. ‘Everybody Always Dies’ ia a track that is exactly about that. Instead of being sad and down beat it is repetitive and hypnotic. Underpinned by a simple, steady bass and overlaid with crashing drums through sections and the mantra of the title. Music as art to challenge why it is so many of us fear death when its just a part of life.
